Q: Is the information I provide to The Cajun Critter Sitter kept confidential?
A: Yes! We do not disclose client information of any kind to third parties. All client information is protected by The Cajun Critter Sitter and accessed or utilized only in such a manner as to be able to fulfill our assignment obligations.
Q: What kind of animals do you care for?
A: I care for most animals as long as they do not pose a danger to myself. I do not care for animals with a history of biting, fighting, or attacking other animals or people.
Q: What if my property or pet is damaged while I am gone?
A: The Cajun Critter Sitter agrees to provide the services stated in our service agreement in a reliable, caring, and trustworthy manner. The Cajun Critter Sitter is only liable for claims arising from negligence or willful misconduct. Due to the extreme unpredictablity of animals, I cannot accept responsiblity for unusual mishaps, such as, bitings, furniture damage, etc. Also, if your pets have access to the outside, I am not responsible for injury, disappearance, fines, or damage caused by your pet to other property.
Q: May I give my Pet Sitter a gratuity?
A: Absolutely. All gratuities are greatly appreciated.
Q: What if I make reservations and then need to cancel?
A: In the event of cancellation of scheduled service after the introductory meeting and key pickup, I charge no cancellation fee, but ask that you do be respectful especially on holidays to let me know as soon as possible so I am able to accept other clients at these busy times.
